Where in Perth are you based?

Our office and warehouse are at Ground Floor West, 6 Gibberd Road, Balcatta WA 6021, about 10 kilometres north of the Perth CBD. Stock is held here, decorated here and despatched from here.

Can we see samples before we commit?

Yes. Being local means you can handle the actual product rather than judging it from a photograph on a website. Get in touch and we will arrange samples of the shortlist so you can see the material, the finish and the decoration quality for yourself.

Do you supply businesses outside the Perth metro area?

We do. Western Australia is our home market and we supply clients across the state as well as nationally, from our Balcatta base. Regional WA orders are despatched the same way as metro ones - the difference is transit time, which we will confirm when we quote.

What is the turnaround on a Perth order?

Standard lead time is 12-16 business days from artwork approval. That covers decoration and finishing. Tell us the date you need the products in hand and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you commit to anything.

What is the minimum order?

Our standard minimum is 50 units. For premium customisation such as bespoke cover materials or custom packaging, minimums may vary depending on the product.

Do you handle artwork if we do not have print-ready files?

Yes. Send us what you have - a logo file, brand guidelines, or even a rough idea - and our team will prepare artwork to suit the decoration method and the product. You approve a proof before anything goes to production.
