How Your Logo Gets Applied
The decoration method matters as much as the product. It decides how the branding looks on day one and whether it still looks right after a year of use.
Embossing & Debossing
The logo is pressed into the material rather than printed onto it. Blind (no colour) or foiled in gold, silver or a custom colour. Best on leather, leatherette and PU covers, and the most durable option we offer because there is no ink to wear off.
Screen Printing
Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per colour. Economical at volume and hard-wearing, which makes it the standard choice for apparel, bags and drinkware in one or two brand colours.
Full-Colour Print
For logos with gradients, photography or more colours than screen printing handles economically. Ideal on notebook and calendar covers where the artwork is the point.
Embroidery
Stitched directly into the fabric. The premium finish for polos, jackets and caps, and the one that still looks correct after a hundred washes. Fine detail and very small text are its limits.

The Brief
Who is receiving it, how many people, and a realistic budget per head. That last number does more to shape a good recommendation than any product catalogue.
Shortlist & Samples
We come back with a handful of options rather than a hundred, and send physical samples so you judge the material in your hand instead of on a screen.
Artwork & Proof
Send vector artwork and your brand guidelines. We Pantone-match your colours, advise on the decoration method that reproduces your logo best, and issue a proof for approval.
Production
Decoration is done in house and checked before it ships. For larger runs we can produce a decorated pre-production sample so you approve the real thing, not a mock-up.
Kitting & Storage
Multi-item gifts are packed as finished kits. We warehouse your stock so a reorder matches the original run rather than drifting in colour or specification.
Despatch
Nationwide from Balcatta, either in bulk to one address or to individual recipients from a supplied list. Most onboarding and staff-recognition programs run this way.
