Send us an enquiry or speak to one of our team through email or phone. Cody Group has supplied branded merchandise, diaries and calendars to Australian organisations since 1987, from our head office and warehouse in Balcatta, Western Australia.
Most enquiries we receive are for a specific occasion - a conference, an end-of-year client gift, a uniform rollout, a welcome pack for new starters. The more you can tell us about the occasion and the people receiving it, the more useful our first reply will be.
What to Include in Your Enquiry
None of this is required, but an enquiry with these four things in it gets a useful answer first time instead of a round of questions.
Quantity
Roughly how many units, and whether that is a one-off or something you expect to reorder. Quantity moves pricing more than any other single factor.
Budget per recipient
A number per head is more useful to us than a total. It lets us rule out whole categories quickly and spend the conversation on options that actually fit.
Deadline
When you need it in hand, not when you need it shipped. If the date is tight, say so in your message and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.
Artwork
Vector artwork is ideal - EPS, AI or PDF with the logo as outlines. A JPG or PNG is usually workable too. Brand guidelines help us Pantone-match rather than guess.
What Happens Next
We read the brief properly
Someone from the team reads what you sent and comes back either with a shortlist or with the one or two questions we need answered before we can give you a sensible recommendation.
Shortlist, samples and a quote
We suggest a handful of options rather than a catalogue, and can send physical samples so you judge the material in your hand. The quote covers product, decoration, packaging and freight.
Artwork proof, then production
Once you approve the proof we go to production. Typical lead time is 12 to 16 business days from artwork approval, though it varies with product, decoration method and time of year.
Where We Deliver
Our warehouse is in Balcatta, so we supply the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia directly, and despatch nationally to every other state and territory.
