# Terms & Conditions

## 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By using codygroup.com.au or placing an order with Cody Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

## 2\. Quotes and Orders

Prices and quotes provided by Cody Group are estimates only and may change based on final artwork, quantity, materials, and specifications. Orders are only confirmed once accepted in writing and, where required, a deposit or full payment has been received.

## 3\. Artwork and Branding

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate, print-ready artwork or approving proofs provided by Cody Group. We are not liable for errors in final printed products that result from approved artwork or specifications supplied by the customer.

## 4\. Delivery and Lead Times

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Cody Group is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

## 5\. Returns and Faults

Because our products are custom branded to order, we do not generally accept returns for change of mind. If a product is faulty or does not match the confirmed specifications, please contact us so we can arrange a remedy in line with applicable consumer law.

## 6\. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Cody Group unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

## 7\. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Group's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our products is limited to the value of the relevant order.
