For decades, the company became known for its craftsmanship, reliability, and precision. Then in 1995, a young Matthew Cody joined during school holidays, starting in the warehouse, stacking boxes and learning the rhythm of the place. Over the years, he worked across every part of the business. Production. Customer service. Sales. He saw what separated average suppliers from exceptional ones, and he paid attention. That experience shaped the philosophy Cody Group is built on today. Quality matters, details matter, and the best brands deserve merchandise that reflects who they are. 2016 - A New Chapter ## The Evolution into Cody Group In 2016, Matthew purchased the business and transformed Olympia Publishing into Cody Group with a clear direction. Too much of the branded merchandise industry had become disposable. Cheap products ordered from catalogues. Forgettable experiences. Items that ended up in drawers or bins before the event was even over. Matthew had watched this happen for two decades and knew the industry could do better. Cody Group was built to change that. To create merchandise people actually value, use, and remember.
